Ultradrytech's manufacturing plant is located in spacious surroundings of Khopoli. Ultra modern manufacturing facilities for fabrication and material handling are available. Technologies to fabricate with a variety of materials have been developed over the last few years and these include :- Mild steels Stainless steels SS cladded mild steel Hastalloy Incolloy Mild steels lined with FRP, FRV, PVDF, PTFE, Rubber, PP, Hastalloy The company has also established quality standards in line with international requirements. All filtration and drying equipment are designed manufactured and supplied as per ASME code Section VIII Div. 1, incorporating good engineering practices. Design can also be undertaken as per other international standards such as DIN, JIS, etc.

The company has expanded its manufacturing facilities over the last 10 years of its existence. Separate floors for stainless steel fabrication and mild steel fabrication have been created. Handling facilities, testing facilities have been created for smooth operations. A full fledged corporate planning and design centre has been set up in Mumbai. Regular investments in human resource development have been made. Recruitment of Engineers experienced in design, fabrication, maintenance and turnkey projects are adding to the strength of technical manpower already available with the company. Independent departments have been set up for Quality Control and Customer Service.
